Founder Michael Harris spent over a decade watching large consulting firms deliver brilliant strategies to companies that had the resources to implement them — while the business owners who needed help most were left to figure it out alone.

In 2020, he left to start something different. Blue Point was built from day one to serve the business owners who are too busy running their companies to step back and think strategically — and who deserve a real partner, not a vendor.

Five years and 200+ clients later, that mission hasn't changed. We're still here for the builders, the operators, and the owners who are ready to grow.

Michael spent 12 years as a strategy director at a global consulting firm before founding Blue Point to focus exclusively on the businesses he cares most about — small and mid-sized companies with real ambition. He has worked with over 150 clients across manufacturing, retail, professional services, and technology.

Sarah Ellison

Sarah brings 10 years of sales leadership and go-to-market experience to every engagement. Before joining Blue Point, she led revenue strategy at two high-growth SaaS companies and a regional retail chain. She specializes in helping founders unlock growth they didn't know was there.

Ryan is a systems thinker who has spent his career making organizations run better. With a background in industrial engineering and 8 years of operations consulting, he brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to process improvement that teams actually embrace.
